You are responsible to Piaccounts (or its partners) for any fees applicable that is through Piaccounts (or its partners) for using or accessing the Website or the Service. You authorize Company (or its partners), or its designated payment processor, to charge your specified credit card, debit card, or other payment methods for such fees as provided through the registration process.
II. Except as required by law, all fees are refundable, including, without limitation, in situations where the third-party payments are charged by Piaccounts. Piaccounts (or its partners) reserves the right to refuse or terminate any appointment at any time at its sole discretion.
III. Neither Piaccounts nor its service provider gathers the credit card or debit card information in any situation. It is the responsibility of customers to enter correct information while providing their credit/debit card details.
IV. Users are advised to inquire about the charges deducted from their accounts while using their credit cards of their respective banks. The transaction receipt must be kept along for record purpose.
V. The Customer agrees, understands, and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card/net banking are not in control of Piaccounts or the Payment Service Providers, they may be transmitted over the Internet, may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft, and/or fraud.

For any inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission in any data, information, or message, or for the transmission or delivery of any such data, information, or message, as well as for any loss or damage resulting from or occurring by any such inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission, non-performance, or interruption in any such data, information, or message, in such case Piaccounts and the Payment Service Providers do not accept any liability. Customers can cancel their planned appointments that they have paid for without incurring any fees. In these situations, we will refund the appointment but the amount charged by third parties will be deducted from the total amount. It is the responsibility of the Customer/User to cancel the appointments on time by themselves. Piaccounts does not accept responsibility to cancel requests from in-direct customer reference Occasionally, appointments may be canceled or postponed by the Third-Party Service Provider (Doctor, Clinic, Hospital, Lab, etc.). In this case, we will try to contact and inform the customer so he/she may reschedule the appointment as per their convenience or visit Piaccounts web/app for re-booking.
